I am a young profession female look to rent out two rooms in my three bedroom townhouse. I am looking for two reliable nonsmoking females to share my home.

I am renting out the second bedroom on the top floor ($500) and a slightly larger room in the finished basement ($600).

The rent includes Utilities, Cable, Internet, Laundry, Dishwasher, Microwave and a fully equipped Kitchen. You will also have an assigned parking spot.

I am conveniently located near 695, UMBC, CCBC. Also I am within walking distance of numerous shops (7-11, McDonalds, Giant, Walmart, Staples, HomeDepot).

I love animals, but have two cats of my own. So I would be looking for roommates without additional pets that are comfortable around cats.

I have had both great and not so great experiences with roommates in the past. So this time I would really like to find two reliable, neat and nice people to live with.
