We are looking for a “gay-friendly” female roommate. The $600 rent includes all utilities, cable, and wireless internet. There is a security deposit of $300 and the lease period will be 6 months to start with (this is extendable). About the House: We have a 3 bedroom, single-family home in Baltimore City off of Liberty Road. Nice, friendly, older neighbors. There are no pets or children in the home. You will have to share the bathroom upstairs and there is a ½ bathroom off the kitchen. The new rommie will have full access to the house (kitchen, bathroom, and living area) and the room is partially furnished with a TV and dresser that you are welcome to use. It also has a closet and a small storage area. The basement does not have a closet, but it is more private from the rest of the house. Parking is on the street (either in front or on the side of the house). There is also a large backyard. The mall, shopping centers, subway, and things of that nature are all within 15 minutes of the house (driving). About the Roommates: We are laid back, drug-free, friendly, clean, drama-free. We have very little company and expect the same. We are extremely respectful of one another and others. While we are opening our doors to this opportunity, there are characteristics that we expect which includes RESPECT, you being drug-free, open minded, mature, and understanding.
