Hamster - Small - Baby - Male - Small Furry - Nile and Hudson
Description
Nile and Hudson were two of fourteen hamsters abandoned in the parking lot of the PetSmart store in Abingdon in late September. Luckily Lunas House volunteers were on the scene, one of whom actually found the filthy 10-gallon tank and tiny cardboard box that contained the hammies. Out in the blazing sun for an unknown amount of time, these little ones needed some TLC, and fast. Lunas House was able to take Cleopatra, the 6-month-old mama, with her six 1-2 week-old babies, into foster care. Nile and Hudson are two of these babies, now about 6 weeks old, healthy, and ready to go to their forever home. Hudson is an albino like his mama, while Nile is a handsome Blueberry dwarf, medium grey in color with a darker grey racing stripe down his back. Both boys love to explore, snooze in their hammy bed, and munch on greens with outright abandon. Please contact us Adoption@lunashouse.org to meet with these two precious little guys!
