Leading Real Estate Developer in Baltimore, MD looking for full-time Project Coordinator.
In this position candidate will provide administrative support to Development Directors. As the "Development Coordinator" you will be responsible for assisting to coordinate the development teams and moving land development projects through the site approval process by obtaining construction permits, and assisting the Development Directors in responding to any other interdepartmental requirements. This is an administrative position with associated entry-level management responsibilities.
The Ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Bachelors of Science, Arts or related field and/or practical knowledge of land
development permitting and inspections
Extremely poised and have winning personality
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and filing skills (electronic and paper)
Must be able to operate basic office equipment
Must posses a valid driver's license (work duties will take place on and off premises including office and field settings).
