Hi, My name's Charlie. I am a little shy at first around strangers. I didnt have a great start. They think I was hit by a car, and a nice lady brought me into the emergency vet. They did surgery on my leg (I had a broken femur) and now I have a pin in it. It comes out in a couple weeks, and I will be good as new!! I am a really sweet guy and love to be petted and lay in your lap. I am still teaching my foster parents new things every day. I would really like to teach you new things as a member of your family. Charlie requires a fenced yard. We Only Adopt in the State of Maryland and York County, PA.
