Casper is a gentle boy who has not been cared for very well. He has some eye infections that we are currently treating, but even with that, he is sweet and trusting. He was left at a shelter with six other cockers because the owner didn't want them anymore. He gets along well with other dogs and ignored the cats in the shelter.
