Izzy is just about the sweetest dog you would ever hope to meet. This is a very remarkable thing. Why? Because Izzy was severely abused in a previous home. The folks that brought her to us had taken her from a woman that had actually cut off Izzy's ear with a razor blade a while ago. They took this poor dog to get her out of the abusive home, but were unable to keep her. Izzy is a small girl, only weighing in at 15 pounds. She is full grown, as she is 2-3 years old. Izzy just breaks our hearts. She LOVES to get on your lap and cuddle. She is so willing to forgive what was done to her. She comes when you call her, and just wants to give and receive attention and affection. She is good with other dogs and with cats, too. This darling little girl would love a home of her own...
