Description
Gandhi was rescued from a very neglectful situation, having been chained outside for months. Finally when it got very cold, he was found lying on his back, near death. The "owner" refused to do anything, so Animal Control seized him. Because animal control had so many pit bulls and no space, they were going to euthanize him. His finder could not let that happen, so she rescued him and is fostering him. Gandhi loves everyone he meets! He is neutered, current on all vaccinations, microchipped and housebroken. He likes to play with other dogs but is not good with cats.
