Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager (Giftware)

My client, an established leader in the giftware industry for the past 60 years is expanding their sales force and looking to hire Territory Sales Managers.

Offering the most compelling compensation structure in the industry, including draw, commission, benefits, bonuses and expense allowance.... we are looking for key, quality talent to help grow our business!

Representing our entire product offering (Garden/Outdoor, Home Decor, Seasonal, Gift Gallery and Licensed merchandise), quarterly product releases provide the best selling opportunity in the country.

We require passionate professionals, with a great work ethic and an illustrated history of accomplished selling to existing business accounts and developing new business relationships. Classic sales expertise, accountability to accelerate growth and earning potential of your assigned territory and a desire to succeed are critical. It is also important that you have giftware or similar industry experience, an illustrated ability to handle multiple lines with many skus and experience dealing with independent retailers is critical. Unfortunately experience that includes only merchandising or managing merchandisers is not sufficient to hit the ground running.
