BAD NEWS.

Yes, folks... we were sad to hear it is true--Dave Born and Jon Kendall, former car event promoters in the Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washignton DC area, have canceled the upcoming 2008 September 6-7 exotic car festival "The Concorso: Celebrating the Art of the Automobile". We caught the announcement August 19th, 2008 just like you.

GOOD NEWS.

Despite announcements of event promoter withdrawals posted on http://concorsoforuso.com,/ there have been some modifications. Our dealership commitment was to host a road rally to raise money for the USO Metro, and that is exactly what we STILL plan to be doing. On with the show! Though we regret the loss of Mr. Born and Mr. Kendall, we're going to give it our all to make the day a success for people like you.

THE MORNING ROAD RALLY IS STILL ON AT MOB EXOTICS AS A PRIVATE VENTURE EVENT... and a Community "Unique and Antique" Car Show at Maserati of Baltimore Saturday afternoon on site has been added to the Afternoon roster with the help of SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPPORT and CHAPIN DAVIS INVESTMENT SERVICES ( http://www.chapindavis.com/ ).

WHAT TO DO

Keep your calenders marked for us, and we'll see you September 6th at our dealership as promised. The USO has done so much good for so many servicemen and servicewomen over the years, we can't say THANK YOU enough to them. We're hoping Baltimore and Washington will help us say thanks to them in person through us, too. All personal or private donations to the USO Metro should continue to be made at http://www.usometro.org/ to help keep up the moral of our troops. If you are ready for a drive, of have a ride to show off, come out September 6th and join our road rally or car show group.

CAR LOVER NEWS

The next major exotic car event that will be held in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area will be September 28, 2008 to benefit the Children's guild (http://www.childrensguild.org). We'll be hanging out downtown that night after participating in the Harbor East show and joining Ciao Bella in Little Italy for a MOB EXOTICS afterparty as well ( http://www.cbella.com/ ).
