I have an OEM driver side door mirror for 2000 Toyota Camry which I bought from a used part store recently.  I couldn't use it because when I removed my mirror, the wire connectors of the two didn't match.  This mirror is not heated but it is power and it will fit in a North American made Camry.  The mirror is clean and in good shape except one small area where the color on the mirror assembly is peeled. See for yourself in the pics.  This item goes for about $275 new at the Toyota dealer.
