Description
Maya is about 3 years old and came to us when her owners decided they did not want her anymore. Since coming to Luna's House this girl has come out of her shell and instead of the meek timid little keet she appeared, she is now quite vociferous and bossy. She does not get along well with other female keets, and while she does get along with the boys, she does start to lay eggs. In a separate cage from the boys she immediately stopped laying eggs. For these reasons we would recommend she be adopted as a single keet, or to be company in a separate cage for another bird. She has learned to step up onto a stick for her foster mom and loves to come out of her cage and climb and explore. Please Click for An Application
