my white and black shih tzu will be coming into heat jan 2010. she is 12lbs and in excellent health. she is reg. aca. i would like to breed her before she is spay.i would like a smaller male, preferable 5-8 lbs. please only shih tzu breed, low weight, and in balt md/wash dc area.
