The Tell Bell is a specialized dog training device that permits a dog to "tell" his owner when he needs to go outside to go to the bathroom. When your dog presses down on the paw print of the Tell Bell, it rings, telling you that your dog needs to go outside.
We have a golden retriever and she was easy to train so we only used this a few times. Asking $15, $25 new on Amazon. Comes with two bells, still in original packaging.
